 We kindly ask for a 20% deposit to hold your reservation. Reserving items ensures they are available just for you, which means we won't be able to offer them to other customers. For this reason, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Anything paid beyond 20% will be refunded in the same form it was paid.

 We totally understand that plans change, and our goal is to be as flexible as possible! One of the great perks of renting with us is how easy it is to adjust your order. Whether you need to add or remove items, just give us a quick call, text, or email, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll promptly update your invoice and send you a revised copy. If you’re due a refund, we’ll process it once the event is completed. 

 While graduations and weddings are popular choices, our services extend far beyond that. We proudly work with community groups and businesses for a variety of events, including corporate training seminars, community business gatherings, and even small backyard barbecues. Our goal is to make your event planning easier, so you can focus on what truly matters. 

Not at all! Whether you need one chair or a hundred, we've got you covered. As long as we have the items available on your event date, you can rent whatever you need. No order is too big or too small for us! 

Yes, we do! We provide delivery in Rochester, MN for $75, and delivery rates for locations outside Rochester vary based on distance—just give us a quick call, text, or email to discuss. Our delivery service includes drop-off of the items, but setup is not included and varies depending on the items rented.

We also offer flexible pickup and drop-off options to fit your schedule. Typically, items can be picked up 1-2 days before your event and returned the day after. We're here to make your rental experience as convenient as possible!
